Prophetic Word for June 2020 – Align and Reign!

This is a Prophetic Word for June 2020 – Align and Reign!

The Month of Sivan

We are in the third month of the ecclesiastical year on the Hebrew calendar, called Sivan – סִיוָן. In the month of Sivan, God descended on Mt. Sinai and gave the Torah to the Jewish people.

God wants to come into your life as the revelation-light in your darkness that you shall receive the revelation-secrets of His promises, know your future and see the path ahead. (Psalm 18:28). God’s words will release within you revelation for you to reign in life. His words will empower you to live by what is right. (Proverbs 8:6)

Revelation from God will lead you to the truth. It will correct you. It will increase strength. It will rescue you. It will feed others. If you listen with an open heart and respond, you will receive progressively more revelation until it overflows. (Matthew 13:12)

Hebrew Letter “Zayin”

Hebrew Letter Zayin

The numbers 3 and 7 are connected. God gave the Torah to the Jewish people on the 3rd month of the year, on the 7th day of the week, which was Shabbat.

Let us find out what is the meaning of the number 7 or the letter “Zayin”.

There are 3 main descriptions of the letter “Zayin”. It means 1) a crown; 2) a sword; 3) a provision, a harvest.

The design of the letter looks like a sword Hebrew Letter Zayin. Three crownlets attached to the letter “Zayin” represent a crown. Letter ‘Zayin” talks about government, power and authority. It is the crowned man equipped with the sword, the Word of God, a revelation from God. When we walk in the governmental authority God has given us, there will be a provision and a harvest in our lives as well as in the lives of others.

I have been talking about crowns since May. The month of Sivan is pointing us to crowns. We must give our full attention to the letter “Zayin” and its meaning.

Why is the Crown So Important?

A crown is the symbol of the realm of government. He who has a crown is able to rule. Without a crown, there is no recognition of a government in a spiritual world.

There are 2 Greek words describing a crown. The first one is “stephanos”. It means a merited reward or earnt prize; a token of public honour, the joy of the wedding day, the presence or arrival of joy; festal gladness. The second Greek word is “diadema” – a symbol of sovereignty and power, a power to rule.

When the king set the royal crown upon Esther’s head, something important happened in the natural and spiritual realms. Before she was crowned, she was like anybody else. But on the day of the coronation, when the crown was bestowed upon her head, everyone in that kingdom recognised her governmental position and authority.

Job knew the crown was important. Did it mean that in the natural world he was wearing a crown? No. Job knew and understood that the crown had an influential symbol in the spiritual world. He said, “He has stripped me of my glory, And taken the crown from my head.” (Job 19:9)

The Enemy Does Not Want You to Rule

The wrestling in the spirit world is over the crowns. In the past, people on this earth fought for a crown. Some wore their crowns captured by deceit and craftiness. In the spirit world is the same. The devil does not want you to be recognised in the spiritual realm. He knows whoever wears the crown carries the mandate to occupy. He does not want you to occupy, that is why you experience natural and spiritual problems.

The devil belittles you, makes you feel vulnerable. He does not want you to hear the truth, to know the truth and walk in the truth. He is the one who steals God’s revelation given to you. He does not want you to wear a crown.

Hold Yourself Accountable

And you can’t just blame Satan for all your problems. You must hold yourself accountable for your actions and response to God’s revelation. When troubles come, are you consistent and persistent or do you wilt and fall away?  Business, worries of this life, the desires for other things, shallowness, lack of responsibility chokes the truth, the life of God, crowds out His revelation from your heart so that no fruit is produced.

Hold On to What You Have

Jesus said, “I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.” – Revelation 3:11 HOLD ON TO WHAT YOU HAVE! I like the Message translation, “Keep a tight grip on what you have so no one distracts you and steals your crown.

Have you ever thought that your crown or crowns could be taken, stolen? What is distracting you?

Without the crown, there is no symbol of recognition of you in the spiritual world. In Acts 19:15 it says, “And the evil spirit answered and said, “Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are you?”

You are saved by grace, but do you govern? As you think within yourself, so are you, the Word says. If you see yourself living in poverty, then the crown of the wise, wealth or riches is not on your head. That’s why poverty is following you. You allowed the enemy to remove it from your head because you created a poverty image within yourself. YOU CAN ONLY HAVE WHAT YOU SEE! Who are you? Do you carry wrong images about yourself in your heart?

The Crown of Thorns

Jesus’ also wore the crown on this earth on the day of Crucifixion, the crown of thorns. “And then twisted together a crown of thorns and set it on his head. They put a staff in his right hand. Then they knelt in front of him and mocked him. “Hail, king of the Jews!” they said.” – Matthew 27:29

Heavenly Exchange

God sent His Son, who wore a crown of thorns on His head. Those crowns of thorns WE were wearing before the Cross. But the King of kings, the Lord of lords, the Prince of peace took our corruptible crowns, the crowns of thorns, and set the royal crowns upon our heads, the crown of glory, the crown of life, the crown of righteousness, the crown of lovingkindness, the crown of victory, the crown of rejoicing, the crown of the wise which is our riches, the crown of knowledge, the crown of beauty, the incorruptible crown, the crown of anointing oil.

Those crowns are God’s gift to you.  Did you know you have so many crowns? There are more. The Lord has imparted to you all His authority to trample upon every demon before you and overcome every power Satan possesses. Does it mean you have to seek demons under every bush? No. You see yourself crowned with all the goodness and promises of God. You rule in Christ! You DO NOT chase after, or in the worst scenario flee. Jesus has promised that absolutely nothing will be able to harm you as you walk in His authority. If you want to govern in God’s Kingdom, you need to know what your crowns are and hold on to your crowns.

How to Hold On to Our Crowns?

Our daily relationship with the Lord is the answer. It includes worship, a meditation on the word of God, personal encounters with the Lord, prayer in tongues.

Final Thoughts

Woman Crown Throne
Reign with Christ!

The month of Sivan is all about government and authority. You govern from a place of knowing who you are in Christ. Sivan is the month of rest. Number 7 represents rest, wholeness, completeness, stability, God’s order, holiness. We REST in the finished work of Jesus, our Messiah. We REST in our Abba, Who raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms. (Ephesians 2:6)

Sivan is the month when we align with the Word of God, with His revelation and then move into the harvest. We rule effectively from a place of authority given to us by God.

We are living in the time when the Lord will be revealing more and more the spiritual things of God within the physical. To those who listen to what the Lord is saying and who responds, more understanding will be given.

We are not distracted by this world’s offer. We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, Who initiates and perfects our faith. We keep a tight grip on what we have so no one distracts us and steals our crowns.

Prayer

Thank You, Jesus, our Friend, our Shepherd that we can rest in You! Thank You for restoring and reviving our lives! You open before us pathways to God’s pleasure. So why would we fear the future? For Your goodness and love pursue us all the days of our lives.

We worship You Who lives forever and ever. We cast our CROWNS before Your throne saying, “Worthy are You, our Lord and God to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and by Your will, they exist and were created.”

Father, we ALIGN ourselves with Your word and we REIGN with You, our King of kings and Lord of lords! Amen.
