Haly Ministries: What We Believe

Our Vision

Haly Ministries is a non-denominational, evangelical, charismatic, healing ministry with a vision to proclaim the Gospel to the ends of the earth as Jesus commanded us.

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.” (John 14:12 NKJV)

We believe that everything the Lord Jesus practiced in His life and ministry on this earth is available to His body now, including healing. Our commission from God is to heal the sick and train the body of Christ to do the same. Haly Ministries is a teaching, edifying, encouraging, and equipping ministry. Our goal is to provide a clear, biblical, and practical approach to everything we do.

Our Core Beliefs

The Authority of the Bible

We believe the Bible is God-inspired – the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. It reveals God’s love to the world and serves as the ultimate guide for all Christians. We believe the Scriptures can be fulfilled and must not be broken.

  • “All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives.” (2 Timothy 3:16 NLT)

Hearing God and Personal Discernment

We believe that God speaks to every person today. Jesus said, “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me” (John 10:27 NKJV). We believe in the “priesthood of all believers,” meaning every child of God has direct access to the Father and can hear His leadings, dreams, and promptings through the Holy Spirit.

The Final Authority: However, we believe that any personal revelation, prophecy, or “word from the Lord” must be tested against the Holy Scriptures. God will never speak something to an individual that contradicts His written Word. The Bible is the final, objective authority by which all spiritual experiences are measured.

God is One

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – equally Divine and equally Deity. (Matthew 28:19; Ephesians 4:4-6)

The Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, and His death through His shed blood. We believe in His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory. (John 1:1; Philippians 2:5-11)

Creation & the Fall of Man

We believe man was created in the image of God to have dominion over the earth. However, man, by voluntary transgression, fell. His only hope of redemption is in Jesus Christ, the Son of God. (Genesis 1:26-31; Romans 5:12-21)

Salvation through Jesus Christ

We believe that Jesus Christ is the ONLY WAY of salvation.

  • “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6 NKJV)

Repentance of sin and faith in Jesus results in regeneration by the Holy Spirit. We believe God will reward the righteous with eternal life and that those who reject Him face eternal separation.

  • “But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.” (Romans 5:8 NLT)

The Holy Spirit & Spiritual Gifts

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, whose indwelling enables the Christian to live a godly life. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the current practice of spiritual gifts and five-fold ministries. Healing, deliverance, and prophecy are available to all Christians today and are not limited to the past. (Acts 1:8; Galatians 5:16)

Healing in Atonement

We believe Divine Healing is the power of God to heal the sick in mind or body. We believe that healing for every person was included in Christ’s atoning sacrifice and that it is God’s will for Christians to minister healing to others. (Psalm 103:2; Isaiah 53:4-5)

Spirit Beings

We believe that there is a literal devil (satan) and that he is the adversary of God and man. We also believe there are spirit beings known as demons and angels. (1 Peter 5:8; Hebrews 1:14)

The Church & Unity

We believe in the spiritual unity of all believers in the Lord Jesus Christ and that all true believers are members of His body, the Church. (1 Corinthians 12:12, 27)

God’s Design for Sexuality

We believe God’s plan for human sexuality is expressed only within the context of marriage. We believe God created man and woman as unique biological persons made to complete each other. We believe marriage is exclusively the union of one genetic male and one genetic female. (Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:5-6)

Faith Toward God

We believe that we are to have faith toward God based upon His promises. Our faith is not “in our faith,” but in God’s faithfulness to keep His Word. (Mark 11:22-24; Proverbs 3:5-6)

The Christian Mission

We believe our mission is to love God and love our neighbors as ourselves. This is demonstrated by making disciples of Jesus Christ globally. We believe the Kingdom of God is what Jesus preached and demonstrated, and we are to continue His ministry with the same results, following the commission in Mark 16:15-18.
